The entity responsible for the application

It's Pass Ltd. is a company registered in the Commercial Register under No. 20411 dated 18/02/2025. Its headquarters are located on Mazzeh highway opposite the Mazzeh Golden Hotel, Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic. It is the operating company of the It’s Pass application in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Definition of the application and the nature of its work

It is a mobile application for users, with versions for captains and stores, operated by It’s Pass. It provides a digital network where persons ("Users") seeking personal transportation services can connect to persons including drivers ("Captains") who can provide the Services.

Each user must create a user account to access the It’s Pass platform. Any decision by the User regarding the use or acceptance of the Services is at their sole discretion. Each service provided by the Captain or any third party to the User constitutes a separate agreement between the Captain and the User.

Target Users

Any person residing in the Syrian Arab Republic over the age of 18 can use the Application. To use the Services of the It’s Pass Platform, you must register for and maintain an active Personal User Account (the "Account"). Account registration requires personal information such as your name, address, mobile phone number, gender, and age.

You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account. Failure to do so may result in loss of access or functionality. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your username and password secure. Only one account per user is allowed unless otherwise permitted by It’s Pass.

Application workflow

• After installing the app and allowing location services, application information and terms of use are displayed.
• The activation menu appears, prompting the user to enter their mobile number and wait for an activation code.
• After entering the code, the main interface appears.
• To order a car, select a destination on the map or search menu, then click "Done".
• The trip path and car type are shown with the estimated cost, which must be confirmed to send a request to the driver.
• The driver can approve or reject the trip. Upon approval, the customer's name appears.
• The driver presses "Accept" upon arriving, then "Start Trip" which shows estimated time and route.
• At destination, the driver presses "Trip Completed (Done)". The passenger pays and may rate the driver or vice versa.

User rights, protection mechanisms, and privacy of information

It’s Pass is only available to individuals over 18 who can legally contract. Use of the platform must comply with all laws and be for legal purposes only. Misuse may cause harm or inconvenience and is prohibited.

Users may be required to verify their identity. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of service and possible legal actions.

Prohibited Activities

When using the It’s Pass Platform, you must avoid:

1. Impersonating any person or entity.
2. Stalking, threatening, or harassing any person or carrying weapons.
3. Violating any laws, rules, or regulations.
4. Disrupting the services, platform, servers, or networks.
5. Sending fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, infringing, or illegal information.
6. Abusing drugs or alcohol.
7. Violating the rights of others.
8. Sending malicious code or software.
9. Falsifying headers or manipulating identifiers.
10. Framing or displaying It’s Pass platform images without permission.
11. Reverse engineering or modifying the platform or software.
12. Renting, selling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the platform.
13. Using automated tools to retrieve or extract platform data.
14. Linking directly or indirectly to unauthorized websites.
15. Transferring or selling your user account or credentials.
16. Discriminating or harassing based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
17. Allowing third parties to engage in prohibited activities.

Drivers may refuse service to users who violate these rules.

Use of Personal Data

Personal information collected may be used to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve services including payments, receipts, product delivery, support, and updates.
• Perform internal processes such as fraud prevention, troubleshooting, research, and data analysis.
• Send promotional information and notifications about It’s Pass products and services.
• Notify you about service changes.
• Allow participation in interactive features.
• Keep services safe and secure.
• Personalize and improve services, including recommendations and advertising.

Storage and transfer of personal data

Personal data is stored on servers within the Syrian Arab Republic and may be transferred between such servers. Reasonable measures are taken to protect your data and comply with this Privacy Policy.

Data is retained for database integrity, research, analytics, statistics, and legal compliance. You may request updates or deletion of your personal information as permitted by law.

Sharing of personal data

We may share your data with:

• Captains or stores providing requested services.
• Third parties related to partnerships or promotions you participate in.
• Third-party applications or sites integrated with our API or services as permitted.
• Competent official authorities as required.

Rights of the entity responsible for the application

The platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties. It’s Pass disclaims liability for service interruptions, driver conduct, or quality of services provided.

Users assume all risks from using the platform. It’s Pass is not liable for loss or damage of personal effects.

If unauthorized use of your account is suspected, notify us immediately.

If the user violates the usage policy

The company may suspend or terminate services for violations. Drivers may refuse or stop service to violators. Compensation for damages may be claimed by the company.

Modification of the Usage Policy
